Nestled in a lush and green surrounding with stunning views of the mountains close by, this hotel is perfect for nature lovers. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and some may feature a balcony with a mesmerizing view. Breakfast is simply amazing with a variety of options, and guests can relax by the pool in a peaceful and quiet ambiance. the staff is welcoming and goes above and beyond to accommodate all needs and requests of the guests.
Although the hotel is situated in a tranquil location, guests without private transportation may find it hard to access the hotel due to the distance from the city center, which can be a bit of a drawback.

The room at Gratteri Resort was amazing! It had a private bathroom with free toiletries, and a comfy bed with a flat-screen TV. I felt like I was at home! The terrace with a pool view was so relaxing. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while taking in the beautiful scenery. The city view from my room was a bonus. It made me feel connected to the local vibe and added to the overall charm of my stay. The private entrance to my double room gave me a sense of privacy and convenience. I could come and go without any hassle. Having a balcony in my room was lovely. I could step outside and enjoy the fresh air and soak up the sunshine. It was great to have satellite TV in my room. I could catch up on my favorite shows during my downtime. The minibar in my room was a nice touch. I could enjoy a cold drink without having to leave the comfort of my room. The room also had a desk, which was perfect for me as a solo traveler. I could catch up on some work or plan out my day easily.
Personally, I found the bidet in the private bathroom to be unnecessary. But I understand that some guests might appreciate this feature.

The breakfast spread was decent and the scenery surrounding the hotel was beautiful. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, making sure that our needs were met.
The location was incredibly isolated and there were no other food options nearby. We also had no idea that we needed to pay extra to use the spa facilities and were disappointed that the pool wasn't heated.
